All prices are based on a minimum stay of one (1) week. A longer stay on daily basis per day is possible

All prices or terms might change in between, but prices of reservations which have been booked are not due to change!

Within the European Community are the prices and payments are expected in Euros. For other countries the prices and payments are expected in US dollars.

Booking or making any reservations are only possible by e-mail or fax!
Within 24 hours you receive a confirmation of your reservation.

We know even your best laid plans are subject to change. However our small hideaway relies primarily on advance, direct reservations and cancellations cannot always be filled immediately. So to be fair to all concerned, we request the following:

Reservations are final after our confirmation and require an advance deposit of 25% of the total (package) price to be paid within two (2) weeks after we sent you the confirmation, with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
 
If cancellations becomes necessary 50% of any payment will be refunded. Please notify us immediately if a cancellation or change becomes necessary. Cancellations, full or partially, are not refundable for any reason if the cancellation date is later then the arrival date.
